Nick Dempsey was excellent with his service and communications. He went the extra mile to find me a x3m40d when other dealerships said there were none available. It's a shame there aren't more sales people like Nick it was a pleasure to buy from him

I fed this back to the team who called; I had an issue with the Wash & Vac as 1)the cloth used on the interior had grit on it 2) I think there are micro scratches on the windscreen and bonnet.

Louis was great, but let down by his wider support team, who did not clean the car after we were asked to wait for it to be done. Otherwise, he was able to provide information and follow-up contact details for other challenges.

The car was in for a minor service and the original price was maintained, however, I was informed after the car was dropped in it needed a brake fluid change which added to the cost, I'm not sure why this wasn't known when the car was booked in?

Not very well informed on status of car. Had to call up at 5pm to check when car is ready when they close at 6pm. I also noticed a long scratch/scuff on my leather steering wheel which was not there prior to taking my car in for servicing.

Everyone is helpful and customer focused. The number of people arriving outside in the am was a bit of a crowd scene but everyone was slickly processed and on their way! We had to return to collect forgotten door keys. They were waiting at the desk!

Lack of courtesy cars (not a big issue). Slower turnaround than ideal (not a big issue again - the service centre is busy and staff are always courteous and apologetic if things run over)

The courtesy car provided was a manual petrol which in my view is not suitable for an EV driver. Also the screen wash was added despite me having only just fully topping it up the week before, which seemed an unnecessary expense.

Booked car for EGR replacement and checked with customer service before dropping car is it is replacement or checking and they confirmed it is replacement. After dropping car i was rold in the morning it is checking however checing was 2 month before

The dealer kept my car for two days. No courtesy car or even a lift to the station. Work that I requested (end of warranty check) was not done. The final bill was more than quoted. My dashcam was disconnected. MOT date not changed in iDrive.

Very friendly staff, explained everything that was going on. They also listened to me and foudn the fault and provided a route to solve under warranty. Joanna was very friendly and passed me two coffees at the end of the day for me and my wife.

My car should have been ready in 2 hours, it took 3 A My BMA service action (rear tyres replaced) needed to be reset, the manager said the Tyre Company had to do this; eventually it was reset. The car was valeted, but the back had not been touched.

Excellent work but the wait at the end of the day to pick up the car was unnecessary. because they decided to clean all the cars in for work. Quite a few people waiting. I would suggest customers should be asked if they want the cars washed.
